Cooking Directions:
This is just an absolutely tasty recipe. To begin, take out a large mixing bowl, and a wooden mixing spoon. Next add in the fresh chopped green spinach and yogurt. Using your mixing spoon, mix up the yogurt and spinach very well. You want an even distribution and smooth spinach cream when you are done mixing. Next add in the seasoning salt, mayonnaise, mustard powder, oregano, parsley, salt, basil, and lemon juice. Again take your mixing spoon, and stir up all of the ingredients very well. Remember, you do not want any pockets of ingredients, so the better you mix them up, the better. Once you are done mixing up the spinach dip, add it all to a Tupperware container, and let it chill in the refrigerator for three full hours. While it's chilling, the seasonings will really take hold of the taste. Serve with Olive Tortilla Chips, warm sliced French baguette, and a bottle of Christa Sparkling White Wine.
