Cooking Directions:
To prepare this wonderful jalapeno nacho cheese spinach dip recipe, you will first want to chop up your garlic and scallions. Next take out a large cooking skillet, and heat over medium high heat. Next add into the skillet the extra virgin olive oil, garlic, and scallions. Saute these ingredients until they are golden and tender, which should take roughly three minutes. Once done there add in the spinach and sliced jalapenos, and again saute them until the spinach is wilted, which should take about four minutes. Now remove the skillet from the burner, and let it cool off. Next take out a large mixing bowl, and add the skillet contents into the mixing bowl. Next add in the sour cream, lemon juice, ground pepper, and salt. Now take out a large mixing spoon, and mix up all of these ingredients, until you have a smooth creamy consistent dip. Next take out a small cooking pot, and add into it the nacho cheese sauce. Cook the sauce on medium heat until it is hot and begins to bubble, while stirring often. Once done there, pour the warm cheese sauce into your mixing bowl where the other ingredients are, and mix it all up together. Again mix until you have a smooth even dip. Finally spoon the mixing bowl dip into a large Tupperware container, seal it off with a lid, and then refrigerate for about 3 hours. Serve cold with a sliced heated French baguette, and a bag of Festida Yellow Round Tortilla Chip.
