Cooking Directions:
This hot cheesy spinach dip recipe is one of my all time favorites. To begin you will want to preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or roughly 175 degrees Celsius. While your oven is heating, take out a large saucepan, and turn your burner to medium heat. Add into the saucepan your garlic, spinach, and white wine. Stir often for about 3 minutes, or until the spinach is wilted. Next add in the salt, black pepper, and Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce. Again stir the ingredients well, until you have an even smooth dip mixture. Once done remove the saucepan from the burner, and then let them cool down. Once they are sufficiently cooled, add the saucepan contents into a large mixing bowl, and then add in the diced green onions, mozzarella cheese, organic mayonnaise, and coffee half and half creamer. Using a mixing spoon, mix up these ingredients very well, you want a smooth and consistent mix again, so really get those tasty ingredients spread out. Next place all of these contents into a baking dish, and cook them in the oven for about 20 minutes, or until the spinach dip is bubbly and a little browned. Serve this dish warm, with a nice French baguette, or some salted tortilla chips.
