Cooking Directions:
Get ready for a goat cheese spinach dip recipe straight from the farm. To begin this delicious recipe, you will first need to take out a medium size saucepan, set your burner to medium heat, then add in your Sam Adams Boston lager beer. You will want to bring the beer to a boil. Once boiling, lower the heat, and then slowly stir in the grated Brunet goat cheese and all purpose flour. You will want to cook these ingredients until the cheese is melted, but you don't want it bubbly. Stir often, and really create a creamy consistent mixture. Next you will want to add in the thawed spinach, cilantro, salt, pepper, and ground basil. Again, really stir in these additional ingredients until the spinach dip is creamy and even. As an optional ingredient, you can add in a teaspoon or two of extra virgin olive oil, which will really help make the dip a little creamier, should you prefer it that way. Once you are done, take the saucepan away from the burner, let the dip cool for about five minutes, then serve it warm. It goes perfectly with a warm sliced French baguette, or a bag of Lay's Sour Cream & Onion Potato Chips. I served this at a party with Welch's Grape Juice on ice to drink, everyone loved it.
