Cooking Directions:
To begin this quick and easy spinach dip recipe, take out a large cooking skillet. Fry your bacon over medium high heat until it's a crispy golden brown. Once done, drain the grease, crumble the bacon, and set it off to the side in a small bowl. Next take out a saucepan, and place your burner on medium heat. Add into the saucepan the thawed chopped spinach, black bean salsa, Philadelphia cream cheese, and diced green onions. Stir these ingredients until the cream cheese is thoroughly melted, and all the other ingredients are mixed together well, as you want an even and consistent sauce. Once you have your sauce base, remove it from the burner, and add in the mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, cumin, salt, tomatoes, green jalapenos, and bacon. Again mix together very well with a mixing spoon, and while the sauce is still warm. Once everything is all mixed up together nicely, your sauce is complete. You can server the dip warm, or cold, whichever you prefer. Serve with Festida Nacho Tortilla Chips, a sliced warm French baguette, and a glass of Newton Chardonnay Red Label 2006.
