Cooking Directions:
It doesn't get any easier than this. Whether it be for a party, or just a snack for around the house, you'll find this spinach dip is just amazing. First up, take out a large mixing bowl and add in the drained canned spinach, diced Vidalia onion, softened Philadelphia cream cheese, plain yogurt, cottage cheese, smoked sea salt, onion powder, cajun seasoning, and the optional crush peanuts. Next take out a wooden or plastic mixing spoon, and stir up the ingredients well. You want your finished dip to be smooth and consistent. Once done mixing, add it to a Tupperware bowl and seal it with a lid, then let it chill for two to three hours. Serve it with Keebler Club Crackers or Cabo Chips Natural Gourmet Corn Tortilla Chips. When I served this to my family, we sipped Odwalla Mango Tango juice on ice along with it, and it was delicious.
