Artichoke Spinach Dip

Ingredients:
10 Ounces Of Frozen Drained Chopped Spinach
14 Ounces Of Canned Artichoke Hearts
1/4 Cup Of Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/3 Cup Of Grated Locatelli Romano Cheese
1 Cup Of Grated Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 Teaspoon Of Minced Garlic Clove
1 Tablespoon Of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/3 Cup Of Heavy Cream
1/2 Cup Of Sour Cream
1 Teaspoon Of Organic Ground Pepper
1 Teaspoon Of Fine Table Salt
1 Teaspoon Of Fresh Lemon Juice

Cooking Directions:
To prepare this exceptional dip recipe, you will first need to preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or roughly 175 degrees Celsius. Next take out an adequately sized baking dish, and grease it thoroughly. For the next step, take out a blender or food processor, and plug it in. Next place in the blender your artichoke hearts, spinach, Romano cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic, ground pepper, table salt, lemon juice, and virgin olive oil. Quickly pulse the food processor until everything is well chopped up, not creamy, and then set aside. Next take out a large mixing bowl, and add in heavy cream, sour cream, and mozzarella cheese. With a mixing spoon, stir those ingredients very well. Next add to the cream mixture the contents in the food processor or blender, and again take your mixing spoon and stir together as well as you can. You want a smooth and consistent dip mix, with evenly distributed ingredients. Once done spoon the mix into your greased baking dish, and bake until the cheese in the dip starts to bubble a little, this should take roughly 20 minutes. Serve with a fresh warm sliced French baguette, and RW Garcia Multi Grain Spicy Whole Grain Tortilla Chips. If you're serving this dip at a party, serve it up with a bottle of Banfi Rosa Regale Sparkling Red Wine.
